Diamond Dotted Paper

Diamond dotted insulating paper is one of insulating materials, which is made of electrical Kraft paper coated on one side or both sides with modified special epoxy resin in diamond-shaped form. It has higher electrical strength and mechanical property.

Application of Diamond Dotted Insulating Paper

It is widely used in layer-to-layer insulation and turn-to-turn insulation for oil-immersed power transformer, as well as shielding isolating layer of cables, and anti-corona material for high voltage motors and electrical equipment.

Application of Diamond Dotted Insulating Paper

When diamond dotted insulating paper, is used, the coated layer begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of coil, meanwhile results in adhesion, and then solidifies as the temperature increases making the adjacent layers of winding bonded firmly into a fixed unit.

The bonding strength of epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of winding layers due to short circuit force so as to ensure the electrical and mechanical properties of insulating structure in the long-term operation.

The diamond-shaped coated layer of resin ensures the immersion of oil and the discharge of air in the insulating material, effectively avoiding corona and partial discharge, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of insulating structure.

    High-density (HD) pre-compressed pressboard 3.1 is manufactured from electric grade unbleached sulfate kraft pulp from Scandinavia with purified water. The wet board is pressed and dried simultaneously with non-metallic synthetic fabric to obtain boards of good dimensional stability, excellent mechanical strength in machine and cross-machine directions and dielectric strength. This is used as base insulating material in power, distribution and autotransformers and for manufacturing various components such as strips, spacers, cylinders, washers and blocks.
  • Press Board components
    These components are insulation used in oil filled and distribution transformers. They come in various forms like spacers, strips, ducts, rings, phase barriers, blocks customized to standard length and width as per drawings provided
  • Cork sheets/ Gaskets and Washer sets
    We offer standard cork sheets in RC 70A & RC-70C grades in varied thicknesses. We also offered customized gasket kits & nitrile rubber washer sets as per your requirements.

Interleaving Paper

INFIN Interleaving paper for steel production is specially designed to protect these strong yet delicate products. Product is developed complying to Euro standards which is strong and smooth, it is free from particles and impurities like clusters of fibres, grains of sand or wood splinters. Mechanical purity goes hand in hand with chemical purity. Infin Interleaving paper is also chemically neutral, ensuring that there is no adverse reaction against the steel. Infin interleaving kraft paper is reusable, helping to keep costs down.

Pulp & Steel Mill Kraft Bale Form

Used Steel Mill Kraft:

Steel mill kraft paper is a type of heavy-duty paper used in industrial applications, particularly in the steel and aluminium industries. It is a strong and durable paper that is used to wrap and protect steel coils, aluminium coils, and other materials. Steel mill kraft paper is typically made from recycled paper, and it is highly resistant to tearing, moisture, and other environmental factors. It is also often treated with fire retardant or other chemicals for added protection.

Specifications

We deal in both brown and white Steel Mill Kraft (SMK) as long as it is 100% dry non-oily material. We do occasionally work with a low quantity of oily Steel Mill Kraft but it on a case by case basis depending on individual lot quality.

  • Basis Weight: 15# to 25#
  • GSM: 24 GSM to 40 GSM
Roll width:
  • Most roll width range from 36″-61″. But occasionally will have smaller. Core size is 5″
Bales:
  • The bales have side trim from the rolls and have flat sheets that all vary in size

Suzano pulp is made in Brazil from 100% planted eucalyptus spp. wood. Pulp can be certified FSC® or PEFC™ upon agreement. All our mills* own ISO 9001:2015 certificate, ISO 14001:2015 certificate and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate.
